HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- (Dan Matics) -- U.S. Marshals say a major drug dealer from Detroit has been taken off the streets of Cabell and Kanawha Counties.

Christopher Harris, also known as "Caesar" or just, "C" was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

West Virginia State Police said they were tipped off and found nearly 200 grams of heroin and $3,000 inside the motel room he was staying in on U.S. Route 60 near Barboursville.

Troopers said it was his alleged drug mule Charles Boling or "Chuckie" who helped lead police to him after being caught selling drugs near their motel.

John Lajeunesse, with the U.S. Marshals CUFFED Task Force, said say they've have had "Caesar" in their sights for quite some time now.

Lajeunesse said they've had trouble with him posting bond after being arrested. He said he's confident that wont happen again.

"He's in debt," Lajeunesse said. "He's reached in one to many times. I suspect he's going to be pretty cooperative."

During his arraignment, Caesar wouldn't comment on his arrest but did talk about his love of faith and family.

"I love my family, I love god and that's all [I've] got to say," Harris said. "Now, if that make[s] me look bad on the news then oh well, I hold my head high. What up, Detroit?"

Harris is being held in the Western Regional Jail on a $300,000 cash only bond.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- (Dan Matics, Jeff Morris) -- State Police said there has been a major drug bust at the Red Roof Inn on Route 60 in Huntington.

Three people have been arrested and heroin and cash have been seized. The hotel is located at 5190 Route 60.

State Police, the U.S. Marshals Cuffed Task Force, the Barboursville Police Department and the Cabell County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the arrests.
