CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Bob Aaron, Jeff Morris) --
Charleston police arrested two men this afternoon after a drive-by shooting on Red Oak Street. They have linked it to shooting incidents overnight in the city's west side.
Charleston police said they have a person of interest they would like to question in connection with shootings that took place on the West Side.

At a news conference on Tuesday, police said no arrests have made in the case, but they do want to question a man. They identified the person of interest as Levi Carter.

Police also said they have found two victims who suffered wounds in the incidents, a man who walked into the hospital with a shoulder injury and a man who had a grazing head wound and was located at a residence in Littlepage Terrace on Washington Street West.

Police identified the man with the shoulder injury as Andree Lee. The man with the grazing head wound is Micha "Bama" Crawford, police said.

The three shooting scenes happened Monday night.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Katelyn Sykes) -- Charleston police have detained two people, but have made no arrests so far in the investigation of three shooting scenes Monday night on the city's West Side.

The first incident happened about 10:30 p.m. at the Littlepage Terrace, just off Washington Street West. Police and the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office searched the property and found a gun and blood, but no victim.

At about 11:45 p.m. Charleston police were dispatched for another shots fired call, this time on Washington Street. Witnesses told police a group of people in two cars fired shots back and forth at each other. Police don't think anyone was injured.

The third scene was on Rebecca Street, where police said a woman waved an officer down and said her car had been shot at and hit multiple times on West Avenue. She wasn't injured.

Police believe one person was hit by Littlepage Terrace due to the blood found at the scene, but so far no victim has come forward and no one has showed up an any area hospitals.

Charleston police believe all three scenes are connected.

Police spent much of Tuesday morning interviewing witnesses. They are asking if anyone has any additional information to give them a call.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Stefano DiPietrantonio) – Breaking right now: Charleston Police and Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputies are on the scene of a shooting on the West Side. It happened just after 10:30pm at the Little Page housing development on West Washington Street.

Right now, they searching or a shooter and potential victim, after shots rang out in the complex courtyard. Deputies recovered a gun on the ground and there was some blood discovered. But there is no victim to be found, nor the shooter. Deputies had detained one man, but it’s unclear if he’s connected to the incident at this time.

We’re told, if the victim is hurt badly enough, they’ll eventually wind-up at one of the local ER’s and that’s when deputies will get the call.

But they’ve also been dispatched to the area near the 7-Eleven, also on West Washington Street, about a mile from this first shooting. Around midnight, there were several reports of gunfire near the business, which according to Metro911, has had 194 calls for help there in the past year.
