SHREWSBURY, W.Va. (Katy Brown) -- Employees at a Kanawha County business got some unwanted late night drama, when they said an unwelcome guest walked right in, and wouldn't leave.

Ted McArthur is a supervisor at Mineral Labs. He was on duty when Keith Young, 25, walked into the business late Wednesday night.

Young told McArthur he hurt his ankle while chasing people out of his nearby apartment and needed a bandage.

"Then it was his toe that was hurting, not his ankle," McArthur said. "At that point, I thought, 'This guy's high on something.' "

McArthur offered to call 911 for an ambulance, but Young had different plans.

McArthur said Young did not want to leave the business after he asked several times. So McArthur walked up to the suspect and that's when McArthur said he was headbutted by Young.

This time, McArthur called 911.

That's when Young started to walk off and a Mineral Labs employee said he realized the keys to one of the company trucks was missing.

"If he knew where that truck was when he first walked out here, that truck would be gone. I don't doubt it," McArthur said.
Kanawha County deputies arrested Young in a nearby parking lot.

The keys to the company truck were returned and business is back to normal for Mineral Labs.

And now all McArthur wants for Young is for him to get some help.

"When he wants help then he'll get help. But until then he's just going to keep doing this and they're going to let him out and he'll be back in [jail]," McArthur said. "Until he wants to do something different, this is the cycle he'll have to live."

Young was taken to the South Central Regional Jail on a $10,000 bond. He has been charged with assault and breaking and entering.
