HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (Dan Matics) -- New details are emerging surrounding the mysterious murder of a Cabell County woman.

As of Thursday, police have not named a suspect, or even a person of interest in the murder case of Diane Bess.

The 21-year-old woman was last seen by her mother on Christmas Eve. A few weeks later, Bess' body was found dumped in the woods along Route 10. Detectives said she had been shot several times.

Eyewitness News has obtained the affidavit for a search warrant served by the Huntington Police Department. It indicates surveillance video showed Bess with a man on the day she disappeared, and that the two were having a romantic relationship.

Detectives have searched that man's electronic records along with his parents' homes.

Melissa Sikora, Bess' mother, continues seeking justice.

"(Diane's killer) are still walking around here," Sikora said Wednesday. "Diane doesn't have any justice. It's not right. It's not fair. I miss my child. I miss my Diane."

Detectives involved in the case said the man named in the warrant obtained a lawyer before the warrants were issued.
