An Athens County man is indicted on charges of sexual battery against a patient at an assisted living facility.
Travis Kierns, 21, of Millsfield pleaded not guilty to the charge on Monday, the Athens County Prosecutor's Office said.
Prosecutors said Kierns is accused of abusing the 22-year-old victim that was under his care at Echoing Meadows assisted living facility for the developmentally disabled. Bond was set at $15,000, and a trial has been set for January.
