Charleston police have charged two juveniles in connection with a graffiti investigation in the capital city.
The graffiti was spray painted throughout the South Ruffner Road area, Charleston police Sgt. Tony Hazelett said.
One of the juveniles was charged with felony destruction of property, and the other juvenile was charged with misdemeanor destruction of property, Hazelett said.
