It was a musical evening in one part of the region, as many high school bands went head to head.
The Cabell Midland Marching Knights held their annual Pumpkin Festival Harvest of Champions competition.
Bands took to the field from across the region, and there were lots of proud parents.
"Well this is the first time we've been here,” Debbie Crum, a grandmother of one of the students, said. “It’s really interesting.”
This was the third year for the event.
