The search continues for an elderly man missing in Kentucky.
Search crews went out again Saturday morning looking for Gerald Boyles, 75, who was last seen at his home in South Shore a week ago. He is believed to have left on foot and was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
His family is deeply concerned because he has dementia.
Kentucky State Police have been searching for him, along with local police, fire crews and volunteers.
Anyone who has seen Boyles is asked to call police at 800-222-5555.
The Kentucky State Police in Ashland will be conducting an area search Saturday for a 75-year-old man who has been missing for a week.
Anyone wishing to volunteer in the search for Gerald L. Boyles is asked to arrive at the American Legion Post 276 parking lot in South Shore, KY prior to 9 a.m. Volunteers will receive additional instructions upon arrival.
The search will be conducted with members of local law enforcement, area fire departments, emergency management personnel and volunteers, according to a news release sent Friday night by Kentucky State Police.
Boyles was last seen in the area of 44 Fifth Street in South Shore on Sept. 13. He is believed to have left on foot from his residence. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
