A home near Sissonville is in shambles, following an arson fire early Saturday morning.
The blaze occurred in the 1400 block of Kanawha Two Mile road at about 2:30 a.m.
The house was vacant and had no electricity, and fire officials believe someone burned it down on purpose.
No one was reported injured during the fire.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call the state arson hotline.
Firefighters in Sissonville are trying to determine what caused flames to tear through an abandoned home Saturday morning.
The fire broke out at a house in the 1800 block of Kanawha Two Mile Road around 2:30 a.m..
Dispatchers say nobody was living in the home and electrical lines were not hooked up to the structure.
Nobody got hurt.
