Deputies said a man has been arrested in connection with a domestic incident that occurred on Kanawha State Forest Drive.
Terry Fields, 27, of the Charleston area is being charged with brandishing, domestic assault and domestic battery, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office. He was scheduled to be taken before a Kanawha County magistrate Thursday afternoon.
Witnesses said the incident happened in a vacant gravel lot along Kanawha State Forest Drive when a man and a woman in a vehicle were arguing. An infant also was in the vehicle.
