South Charleston police have arrested the person they believe vandalized dozens of cars in the South Charleston area this weekend.
David Williams was taken into police custody and was scheduled to be arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court Monday evening.
Police believe Williams on Saturday night into Sunday morning slashed the tires of 33 vehicles from Kentucky Street to Ohio Street near Thomas Memorial Hospital.
Police said Williams also is suspected of vandalizing dozens of cars in the same area last week.
