The owners of a controversial sandwich shop and social club have been ordered out of their building.
A judge has ruled that Rodney Armstrong and Emma Laughlin must leave the building in North Charleston, where they operated Miss Sylvia's Sandwich shop. They have to be out by Sept. 11.
Last month, the couple was appealing their eviction ruling when they were arrested again for allegedly selling liquor without a license for the second time.
Police first searched the building and arrested the couple back in July after a man claimed he was shot in the arm while leaving the building.
