Zuspan Hollow , Gallia County , Ohio
Police said they made a major marijuana bust in southern Ohio Saturday.
Officers said they found more than 100 pounds of marijuana and $750,000 in cash, along with guns in early in the morning at a home on Zuspan Hollow Road on the Gallia-Meigs county line.
Everett Caldwell was upset his next door neighbor and family member Dennis Butcher and his wife Tammy were arrested on drug charges.
"I saw the law up there and he's my cousin,” he said. “I was concerned.”
Caldwell said Butcher just started going back to church and, despite what happened, he supports him.
“It feels like someone died in my family,” Caldwell said. “I love him. He's my cousin. I pray for him because Jesus can help anybody."
Meanwhile, the sheriff hopes rooting out the drugs from the top will put a stop to a recent spike in robberies.
