The results of an autopsy performed on an active duty Navy sailor found dead in May have been released.
The results, released by the Gallipolis Police Department, confirmed Steven A. Perry, 22, died as a result of a mixture of prescription drugs and alcohol.
Perry, 22, of Point Pleasant, was found dead inside of an apartment on Upper River Road in Gallipolis on May 26.
Perry was home at the time, after returning from an eight-month deployment to the Persian Gulf.
