Hinton, Summers County , West Virginia
A Hinton man, convicted of torching a house and a row of apartment buildings, could spend the next two decades in prison.
Billy Joe Gill was sentenced to two to 20 years in prison for arson and one to three years for malicious wounding.
Gill pleaded guilty last month to setting a home on Fifth Avenue on fire in February.
He had also been charged with setting several apartments on fire on Temple Street that same night, but prosecutors later dropped that charge.
No one was injured, but the fires left dozens of people homeless.
