West Virginia State Troopers are beefing up patrols for the Labor Day holiday.
It's called Operation D-F.
The four "D's" stand for drunk, drugged, distracted and dangerous driving.
Troopers said they aren't taking any excuses.
Driving and using a cellular phone without a hands free device and not using a seatbelt are now primary offenses in West Virginia.
