West Virginia and Ohio University rank near the top of the list when it comes to party schools.
WVU ranked fourth in the annual college rankings released Monday by the Princeton Review for the top 20 party schools in the nation for 2013. Ohio University in Athens was ranked seventh.
Ranked ahead of WVU were the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa, first; University of California, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, Calif., second; and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, Ill., third.
Also making the list were Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y., fifth, University of Florida, Gainesville, Fla., sixth; University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, Wis., eighth; Penn State University, University Park, Pa., ninth; Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa., 10th.
Ranked in the bottom half of the list were University of Georgia, Athens, Ga., 11th; Florida State University, Tallahassee, Fla., 12th; DePauw University, Greencastle, Ind., 13th; University of Mississippi, University, Miss., 14th; University of Texas at Austin, Austin, Texas, 15th; Miami University of Ohio, Oxford, Ohio, 16th; University of Maryland, College Park, Md., 17th; Tulane University, New Orleans, La., 18th; University of Vermont, Burlington, Vt., 19th; and University of Oregon, Eugene, Ore., 20th.
