A small fire was extinguished at the Airgas plant in Putnam County, the Bancroft Volunteer Fire Department said.
One firefighter was treated for heat-related symptoms. Putnam 911 said the fire was reported at 10:30 a.m.
Firefighters from Bancroft, Nitro and Poca responded to the blaze.
In May, a series of explosions rocked the plant and injured two workers.
A hydrogen fire was reported at the Airgas plant in Putnam County, 911 said.
The blaze occurred about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, an emergency dispatcher said. No injuries were reported.
Three fire departments, Nitro, Bancroft and Poca, were at the scene. The dispatcher said he was not certain whether the plant remains open, but he said no roads were closed.
