The man accused of taking a teenage mom and her daughter from their Upshur County home last week will have all three of his sexual assault charges bound over to a grand jury.
Margel Tenney, 57, waived his second preliminary hearing in magistrate court that was scheduled for Friday.
Tenney is accused of sexually assaulting two 14 year-old girls on several occasions.
The charges are in addition to another charge he's facing that he supposedly had sex with another underage girl, and got her pregnant.
Because he waived both of his hearings, Tenney can now face indictments on these charges in the May term of the grand jury.
