A Sissonville man pleaded guility Wednesday in Kanawha Circuit Court to multiple sex charges involving three juvenile boys.
Clay Counts, 50, pleaded to the charges in Kanawha Circuit Judge Jennifer Bailey's courtroom. He pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual abuse, three counts of sexual assault and one count of manufacturing child pornography.
Counts will be sentenced May 22. He faces a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 175 years in prison when he is sentenced.
The victims were three juvenile boys under the age of 12 when the incidents began. The crimes occurred in Sissonville over the last five years.
