A man accused of kidnapping his 16-year-old stepdaughter and her baby and sparking an Amber Alert is now facing even more charges.
Margel Tenney is now charged with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian. Court documents said that he impregnated a female family member and then arranged her marriage after the baby was born. Last week, Tenney prompted a multi-state search and Amber Alert that started in Upshur County.
At that point, Tenney was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual abuse for allegedly abusing two other female family members. The most recent sexual abuse charge was filed Tuesday after troopers interviewed the alleged victim.
