The annual Pro-Life Rally was conducted Monday at the West Virginia Capitol.
Organizers said in a news release that the rally is traditionally held in February, but it was held in March because the 2013 legislative session started a month later as it does every four years due to the presidential/gubernatorial elections.
A bill has been sponsored in the House called the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. Lead sponsor of the bill is Del. David Perry, D-Fayette, the release said.
