The case against an Ohio man accused of sexually abusing girls at a daycare will soon go to the jury.
Closing arguments in the trial of 76-year-old Thomas Ghifflet, of Glouster, began Thursday morning in Athens County Court.
Shifflet is charged with sexually abusing five girls at a daycare center that was owned by his family.
The alleged incidents happened in June 2011. The trial began in late February.
