Black ice along one Kanawha County road was causing major headaches for drivers during Thursday morning's commute.
An accident, which involved several coal trucks and a pickup truck, happened about 5 a.m. at Dry Branch on Cabin Creek, dispatchers said. The roadway was closed for a couple of hours while crews cleared the scene.
Motorists were being advised to use extreme caution in the area, due to reports of black ice.
