Four people were arrested Tuesday by Putnam sheriff’s deputies and U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and charged with operating a clandestine meth lab in Hurricane.
Deputies were serving a felony arrest warrant and said they discovered a meth lab at the Main Street address.
Stephen Haynes Jr., Courtney Fleming, Clarence Priddy and Joshua Hinkle were arrested and taken to Putnam County Magistrate Court for arraignment. They were each being held on a $70,000 bond.
