This is the month for West Virginians to begin taking steps toward being healthier.
Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin on Monday proclaimed March as Nutrition Month.
Health experts said eating a well-balanced diet and cutting back on sugar and salt will make a big difference in your overall health.
March is also National Nutrition Month. It started back in 1980 and was created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
