A traffic stop in the Pinch area resulted in the arrest of two people on outstanding warrants, the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said.
Seth Gregg, 24, of Pinch had an active warrant for destruction of property, and Tiffany Hart, 24, of Walton had an active warrant for second-offense driving with a suspended license, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office. Hart also was issued traffic citations for driving while suspended and a child safety restraint offense.
A deputy was patrolling the Pinch area about 8:45 p.m. Saturday when he saw a car commit a traffic violation and he stopped the vehicle on Mace Street at the intersection with Pinch Road, the release said.
The release said the children were taken by a family member, and the vehicle was towed. Gregg and Hart were arraigned and released on bond in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
