Prom is just around the corner, and some girls got to shop for dresses while giving back.
Branches Domestic Violence Shelter in Huntington held its Dresses for Domestic Peace event Sunday.
The one-day sale featured prom dress at discounted prices at True Blue Salon. Girls were able to get an elegant new look for prom for as little as $25.
All of the proceeds from the event were earmarked for the shelter.
