A house was destroyed by fire near Pinch Saturday evening.
The fire took place about 7:00 p.m. Flames were seen shooting from the home on Beech Road off of Greenbrier Street between Pinch and Charleston.
No one was home at the time of the fire. Firefighters are not sure how it started.
Multiple fire crews are on the scene of a fire in Charleston.
It was reported to Metro 911 just before 7pm Saturday night. Dispatchers say its in the 1300 block of Beech Street which is off of Greenbrier Street. Dispatchers say they have received several calls reporting the fire. Dispatchers say there are reports that animals could be inside the home.
