Two former school employees in Mingo County are facing charges in connection with allegations they solicited a student over the Internet.
Troopers said Justin and Alandra Wellman turned themselves in Thursday. They are charged with soliciting a student.
Justin Wellman is a former custodian at Matewan Middle School, and Alandra Wellman is a former substitute teacher. Both were taken to Southwestern Regional Jail.
