Charleston businesses are working to put our nation's veterans back to work.
Thirty local employers set up booths Wednesday to show some of our unemployed heroes and military spouses what they have to offer.
The job fair took place at NiSource Columbia Gas headquarters.
Wednesday's turnout was strong, and employers said our veterans are reliable workers who can perform under pressure.
So far, more than 800 employers nationwide have made the pledge to hire our heroes.
