Five people were arrested Wednesday in connection with a Wayne County meth lab, police said.
Police said a home on Bluefield Street in Wayne was raided as part of an ongoing investigation by Wayne City Police, the West Virginia State Police.
David Lee Workman, Carl Richard Webb, Stanley Peterman, Brandon Allen Woods and Betty Sue Woods were arrested and taken to Western Regional Jail.
The home is the residence of Brandon and Betty Woods. Four children live in the home, but they were not present at the time of the arrests, police said.
The group faces various meth-related charges as a result of the arrests.
