The man accused of killing another in a drug related shooting near our studios at Eyewitness News has cut a deal with Kanawha County prosecutors.
Richard Hilliard pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in connection with the death of David Booker.
Prosecutors say the October shooting on Milton Street appeared to be a drug related robbery complicated by East-West gang rivalry.
Hilliard could face five to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced next month.
