Budget cuts had people fired up at the Clay County School Board meeting.
Some of the decisions made Monday night included no summer school this year and fewer field trips, and some Clay County teachers are not too happy. They said they were not properly notified of the changes.
West Virginia Education Association President Dale Lee said the teachers' major focus "is on the students and how these budget cuts will affect the kids in an adverse way."
