Kentucky State troopers said they arrested a Michigan man after witnessing a drug transaction.
Johnathan Estrada, 23, of Detroit was charged with three counts of trafficking a controlled substance and trafficking marijuana on Monday.
Troopers received a tip about a possible drug transaction happening on South Mayo Trail in Pikeville, according to a news release from State Police. After witnessing the alleged drug buy, troopers caught up with the suspect and said they found marijuana, cocaine and prescription pills inside his car, the release said.
Estrada was being held at the Pike County Detention Center.
