A third suspect has been arrested in connection with a Huntington shootout in February. Emmanuel "Manny" Lopez, 20, of Huntington was charged with wanton endangerment. On Feb. 27, police responded to the 900 block of 20th Street after a report of shots fired. Police said Lopez was inside a car driven by Chrysilla Gundy, 19, of Huntington, according to criminal complaint filed at Cabell Magistrate Court. Police said Lavonta Burrell, 21, of Huntington fired several shots into Gundy's car. The complaint said Gundy stopped her car to allow Lopez to return fire toward Burrell. Gundy allegedly dropped Lopez off a distance away to avoid police, the complaint said. Gundy was charged with aiding and abetting. Burrell was charged with attempted murder and terroristic threats. A woman is facing felony charges after Huntington police said she was involved in a a shootout. Chrysilla R. Gundy, 19, of Huntington was charged with being an accomplice or aiding and abetting. On Wednesday, police responded to a report of shots fired in the 900 block of 20th Street. Police said Gundy was driving her car with another man when they allegedly became involved in a shootout with her ex-boyfriend, Lavonta Burrell, 21, of Huntington, according to a criminal complaint filed at Cabell Magistrate Court. The complaint said Gundy was the driver of the vehicle in which the man got out of and returned gunfire at Burrell. She then dropped him off so the man could flee from police, the complaint said. Burrell was charged with attempted murder and threats of terrorist acts. Police have arrested a man who they say tried to kill a woman in Huntington. Lavonta Dejuan Burrell was booked in the Western Regional Jail, Thursday morning. He's charged with attempted murder and terroristic threats. Police said Burrell fired several shots at a woman's car while she was driving along 20th Street, Wednesday afternoon. He's also accused of following the shooting up with a threatening text message to the woman. Huntington Police have issued a warrant for a man they say tried to kill a woman while she was driving on 20th street. Wednesday late afternoon. Police say Lavonta Dejuan Burrell 'texted' the victim a picture of a bullet stating that it had her name on it. Police say while the woman was driving her Jeep SUV in the 900 Block of 20th street. Burrell fired several shots from a handgun toward her vehicle striking it. Detectives say after the shooting, he again, 'texted' the victim saying that "If he saw her in the hood again he would not stop till you die." Police have issued a warrant for Burrell's arrest for attempted murder and making terrorist threats. Huntington Police say a light skin black male wearing a camo jacket opened fire at dark SUV Wednesday night. The incident happened along 20th Street just after 4:00 p.m. Police say no victims have been located and the case is ongoing at this time. Huntington police were investigating after Cabell County 911 dispatchers received several calls of gun shots being fired. Dispatchers said the calls came in about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. Police were on the scene in the 1100 block of 20th Street. The road has been closed from Ninth Avenue to Dalton Avenue. Dispatchers said there was just a report of shots fired at this time.
