A man accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl when he was 23 cut a plea deal Monday.
Stephen Lamb pleaded guilty in Kanawha Circuit Court to sexual abuse. He faces up to five years in prison when he is sentenced May 1.
A psychological evaluation was ordered to determine if he is likely to be a repeat offender.
The crime took place last summer in South Charleston when the victim was 13 and 14.
Prosecutors dropped a sexual abuse charge as part of the plea bargain.
