The trial for a former janitor at Bible Center School accused of improper sexual contact with a relative has been delayed.
Charles Hogan persuaded Kanawha Circuit Judge Paul Zakaib to replace the public defender's office with a court-appointed lawyer Monday. His new trial has been set for mid-June.
Hogan was the janitor at the Bible Center Church for 15 years. The alleged crimes took place in Cross Lanes and Nitro and were not linked to his school duties.
