A four-car accident caused some major headaches on Interstate 64 near Barboursville Sunday afternoon.
The accident took place shortly before 4 p.m. near the Barboursville -Merritts Creek exit. Both east and westbound lanes were shut down for a short period of time, but have since reopened.
Two people were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
