Some women were honored Saturday for going above and beyond to help their community.
The Women's Philanthropy Society of Cabell Huntington Hospital came together to recognize women who have provided great service to the hospital at a luncheon.
Organizers said the luncheon was all about giving back, as the event acted as a huge fundraiser as well.
All proceeds go to the women and children’s hospitals.
