A man from Boyd County was arrested Saturday, after police said he was caught selling drugs in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant.
Deputies said Michael Harvey, 60, sold Xanax and Hydrocodone to a confidential informant in the parking lot of the McDonald’s on Winchester Avenue in Ashland.
After they saw the controlled buy, deputies said they stopped his car and found more drugs and a large amount of money.
Harvey was charged with drug trafficking and taken to the Boyd County Detention Center.
