The Ashland Police Department's Field Operations Division arrested five people on meth charges after a traffic stop on Tuesday.
Lisa M. Adkins, 42, of Catlettsburg, Brett D. Adkins, 44, Nathan C. Ward, 30, both of Canton, Ga., and Brian K. Adkins, 53, of Ashland were charged with manufacturing meth. Rachile N. Elliot, 28, of Ashland was charged with manufacturing meth and possession of a meth precursor.
All five were being held at the Boyd County Detention Center. Additional charges could be pending.
