Firefighters were on the scene Wednesday afternoon of a fire at an apartment complex on the West Side of Charleston.
The fire at 126 Delaware Ave. was considered a small blaze, but flames were visible at one point from the second floor. The call came in about 4:45 p.m.
Firefighters had not released the cause of the blaze. Neighbors said they saw someone coming out of the complex with a gas can in hand.
