At Eyewitness News, we always move fast by the nature of the breaking news that we cover.
On Monday, we really moved like crazy, when we decided to bust a move.
Donning costumes and with special guest appearances from a host of characters including the Yeti, Chewbacca and the teddy bear Ted, our staff members performed the dance that has swept the country and went viral on the Internet.
Yes, we did the Harlem Shake. We did the shake around and on the table in the newsroom, we boogied on our Eyewitness News set and traveled to Haddad Riverfront Park to trot out our best dance moves.
Charleston Mayor Danny Jones even joined in on the fun.
You don’t want to miss all the fun and silliness.
Check out our version of the Harlem Shake accompanying this story.
