Firefighters spent several minutes tackling a house fire in Charleston that started in a microwave.
It happened about 6:45 a.m. Monday at a home on Gordon Drive.
Investigators said everyone in the home got out safely before the blaze spread from the kitchen to the attic.
The home suffered minor damage, firefighters said.
