Police arrested a man on Charleston's east end Sunday afternoon after they said he was spotted selling drugs.
Several officers swarmed the 1400 block of Jackson Street around 2:30 p.m. after they said Farmer took off.
Police said they saw him doing a hand-to-hand drug transaction near Washington Street and Ruffner Avenue. They finally caught up to Farmer in an alley behind Jackson Street and said he had marijuana on him.
