Kanawha County sheriff's deputies said they are trying to identify an adult male and a juvenile under the age of 11 who were sitting across from a man in McDonald's who is accused of touching himself inappropriately. Deputies said the incident happened Saturday morning at the Cross Lanes restaurant. Tiance Hughes, 31, of Charleston was charged with one count of indecent exposure, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office requests that anyone with information about the identity of the adult male or juvenile who were sitting across from the suspect contact Deputy C.R. Atha at 304-357-0169. A Charleston man is charged with indecent exposure after deputies say he was masturbating in the lobby of a McDonald's Restaurant. According to a criminal complaint, witnesses at the restaurant on Big Tyler Road called 911 after they saw 31-year-old Tiance Hughes watching pornographic videos on a laptop computer and masturbating in a booth. When deputies got to the restaurant, they were told that Hughes had walked across the street to the Cross Lanes Public Library. Deputies found Hughes and he allegedly told them that he was looking at pictures of girls in bathing suits, but they searched his computer and say they found an active search for a pornographic video. Hughes is currently in the South Central Regional Jail on a $500 bond. Wanda Oldham says that bond is too low. "I think they should have a little more money on that. Five thousand or something like that, so maybe he wouldn't be doing it anymore." Jason Willey from Cross Lanes agrees the bond is too low. "It's not big enough fine on top of that, what else has he got on that laptop." MORE NEWS FROM EYEWITNESS NEWS
