A woman who was recently sentenced for setting her boyfriend on fire is now back in jail and charged with domestic battery.
Cynthia Swoboda was arrested Friday night in Charleston after allegedly hitting her boyfriend, Shane Stone, in the head.
Stone was arrested for violation of bond, because he wasn't supposed to be with her. Stone is the man who police say Swoboda poured gasoline on last spring and set on fire.
