CABELL ABUSE CHARGES Raleigh County Man Charged With Abusing Cabell County Child

A Raleigh County man is charged with the abuse of a Cabell County child.
Lucas Johnson, 29, of Bradley is charged with abuse by a parent or guardian. Huntington police began the investigation in December 2012 after the victim made an abuse claim, according to a criminal complaint filed at the Cabell Magistrate Court.
The victim said the abuse happened between August and September of 2012, the complaint said. Police said the victim claimed the abuse happened when the child's mother would leave for work during the day at a home on the Mason-Cabell County line. The suspect moved to Raleigh County.
Johnson is currently at the Southern Regional Jail and bond is set at $50,000.
