Police charged a man with malicious wounding after an early morning stabbing Thursday in an apartment on Charleston's West Side.
Court documents said Eric Douglas Long, 42, got into an argument with Eugene Long at a Central Avenue apartment. Eric Douglas Long allegedly pulled a knife from behind a chair in the living room, pushed the victim, Eugene Long, up against the wall and stabbed him in the hand. Only a few stitches were needed to close the wound.
